Welcome to the Impact Agents Affiliate Program (“Program”) by Closure Solutions Ltd., the parent company of Edicyon (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling and participating in the Impact Agents program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. This agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the structure of our collaboration.
Please read these terms carefully. By joining the program, you affirm your commitment to promoting with integrity and alignment with our mission.
1. Program Overview
The Impact Agents Affiliate Program is an invitation to become part of Edicyon’s mission: helping resilient women—especially single mothers—heal through storytelling and bring their books to life. As an Impact Agent, you share our offerings (including our flagship Accelerator Lab) and earn commissions for each successful referral.
This is not just a sales role—it’s a purpose-driven partnership. You help expand a movement of healing, empowerment, and legacy creation.
2. Affiliate Portal Access
Upon approval, you’ll receive access to a secure Impact Agent Portal, where you can:
- Generate and access your unique affiliate links
- Track your referrals, commissions, and payment status
- Download approved promotional materials
- Stay informed about announcements and resources
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn up to 40% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique link.
- Commissions apply only to completed, paid purchases (refunds and abandoned carts are excluded).
- Commission percentages may change in the future, but all affiliates will be notified in advance.
4. Payment Terms
- Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD
- Payment frequency: Every 20 calendar days
- Payment method: PayPal, Wise, bank transfer
Only cleared commissions are eligible for payout. You are responsible for keeping your payment info accurate and up-to-date in your portal.
5. Promotion Guidelines
We encourage you to promote Edicyon authentically and truthfully, using:
- Social media posts and stories
- Blog posts or email newsletters (with permission)
- Podcast shoutouts or community discussions
- Personal networks and word-of-mouth
All promotions must include proper affiliate disclosure, as required by law (e.g., “I may receive a commission…”).
6. Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of our brand and community, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Making false claims about our offers, pricing, or results
- Using spam or unsolicited messaging (DMs, emails, comments)
- Running paid ads using our brand name, product names, or direct links without prior written approval
- Impersonating the Edicyon brand
- Repackaging, altering, or rebranding Edicyon content or assets
Violations may lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Brand Alignment & Community Standards
Edicyon is rooted in compassion, emotional integrity, and trauma-informed transformation. As an Impact Agent, your promotional approach must reflect:
- Respect for diverse voices and lived experiences
- Truthful communication
- A non-exploitative, non-coercive marketing style
- Alignment with our values of healing, legacy, and authenticity
We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, remove any affiliate who violates these community standards.
8. Termination
- You may exit the program at any time by notifying us via email.
- Closure Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
- If terminated for cause (e.g., terms violation), unpaid commissions may be withheld.
9. Updates to Terms
These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email and/or within your portal. Your continued participation after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the new terms.
10. Earnings Disclaimer & Liability
We do not guarantee any specific income or success as an Impact Agent. Your results depend on your effort, audience, and approach. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to your participation in the program.
